What PaceTrack Does
PaceTrack is a service for running coaches, running clubs and their athletes: a training calendar and plans, analysis of workouts from Garmin Connect, Strava and .fit files, chat and payment control — all in one place.
Planning works on several levels: a season macro-plan with race-prep phases, a weekly plan with total volume and time, and a daily plan — with support for multiple workouts per day and different sports (running, cycling, swimming and more).
Built-in algorithms and AI-based tools help build and check plans: an uploaded training file is automatically split across the days of the week with volume and time calculated, and the season macro-plan is checked against what the athlete actually completed.

Garmin, Polar, Strava & WHOOP
Connect your account — completed workouts are automatically added to the calendar and compared with the plan. If you use WHOOP, recovery, sleep and strain metrics appear directly in calendar cells. The dashboard shows a quick summary for yesterday and the day before with a prompt to rate your workout.
Upload & analyze .fit files
Conveniently upload .fit files with detailed analysis: pace, heart rate, elevation, per-kilometer splits.
Workout feedback
